Reason for Investigation Request
Cemeteries always seem to attract paranormal groups. A few of our members had previously been to this cemetery and had some personal experiences. These experiences include the feeling of being watched, followed, hearing voices and being touched. TCPS decided to officially investigate to see if we could record and document evidence of these experiences.
Research and Background on the Property
Land for this cemetery was purchased in 1868. The first three people buried here were children. We were not able to find an up-to-date record as to how many people are buried in this cemetery.

We arrived at 9 p.m. and broke into teams. Each team took turns investigating different sections of the cemetery in one hour intervals. There were some experiences noted within the teams. In the NW corner, the back section of the cemetery has a path that comes up to the edge of the woods where some of the team members had a strong feeling of being watched and uneasy. On the NE corner of the cemetery there are some Civil War graves and a small circle of trees that multiple team members experienced cold spots and chills. The cold spots could not be verified by our temperature gauges. There was another section towards the center of the cemetery that when one member was walking by a grave, she was suddenly hit by a strong cold spot. This area was intriguing as the cold area was only near a certain stone and the surrounding air around it was warmer. The cold spot was also felt by her partner. We were not able to explain why this occurred nor could we get an adequate temperature reading to verify it. On the West side, by the children's graves another member had the feeling of being watched.
Final Analysis
Although the team did have some personal experiences, no photographic or audio evidence was captured. At this time we can not officially say that this cemetery is haunted.
