Reason for Investigation Request

The owners of the property requested TCPS to come back to see if we would be able to capture any evidence of the activity they claim to experience since moving into this location. The owners also stated that since TCPS first investigated the house, new activity has occurred as well as an increase in the activity in the house and outside on the surrounding property as well. We were interested to see if the activity reported by the tenants could be directly related to the property surrounding the house, as that area has had numerous paranormal reports throughout the years.

TCPS had 4 of our members investigate this site, only one of whom had been there previously on the first investigation. Our group split into two teams, having one group inside the house and one outside on property/nearby grounds.
The only noted experience inside the house came from the computer/living room area. One team was doing EVP work and asked any spirits present to use the EMF meter as a way to answer questions. The EMF did go off a few times in an appearance to answer questions even though previously the EMF readings were zero throughout the room. This lasted a few minutes and neither team was able to repeat this phenomenon later during the night.

Our teams had more experiences outside on the property than anywhere else during the investigation. One team was able to document a seven degree temperature drop outside the house by the cave. This temperature drop happened within a two minute time frame and then went back to the normal baseline temp. All attempts to repeat this occurrence failed. The teams also experience battery drainage, EMF spikes with no apparent cause, as well as seeing a shadow near one of the buildings by the home although no other people were around the area at the time of the sighting.

Final Analysis

TCPS was again not able to find any hard evidence to support the owners' claim of paranormal activity in the house. We stand by our original statement as we do not believe this house to be haunted. If indeed there is activity in the home (we know ghosts do not "act" on cue!), we feel it may be caused by the history of the surrounding area and not necessarily directly related to the house itself.
